A directory, not a bulletin board
EstateSales.NET is the default place people look. It works. It is also noisy: ads, stacked Featured units, and a page that feels like 2012 classifieds. Estate Sales Map is the other tab — sales on a map, a short card, and a cheaper way to raise one listing.
This is a directory, in the same class as a local-services hub. We do not run the auction. We do not write essays about “treasure hunting.” We show the date, the hours, the company, and the pin.
Featured is $49 for 30 days. That is the wedge: same shopper intent, less junk on the page, a price a one-truck company can pay without a call.
The hub is estatesalesmap.com. A later sibling, findestatesalesnearme.com, will 301 here. This app only serves the hub.
Listings in this MVP are seed data so the routes and city pages are real. Submit a sale if you run one.
